in Case you see a shift, between Raster data and Bing Map like image below:
if we found the shift like the picture above, we can line up the Raster data and Bing Map with some step below:
1. Choose Map Option
2. Choose Image Processing
3. Choose Image Processing set re-projection to optimized and maps will now align
